Dazzling Nights at the Jacksonville Arboretum and Botanical Gardens

Bulls Bay Preserve "hike."  This is THE ONLY waterfall in Jacksonville.

This was part of Bulls Bay Preserve that had a super interesting bike trails.  No GDad's were injured during this adventure!  The kids agreed that we have to return with bikes!

EastBay Championship Race

Brooke and her teammate Peyton signed up to race in the EastBay Championship race.  It just so happened to be in Charlotte, NC!  Pre race pic.

Coach Reggie was at the race and gave Brooke great tips because it was his home high school course!

Brooke and Peyton post race! Brooke was the 14th Junior finisher and was 23rd overall!  PR time 20:03!

 Brooke had a pretty awesome cheering squad, Hommie, Dabi, Aunt Beth, Cooper, Claire and our family!  Not to shabby for an out of town race!

The 4-legged cousins finally got to meet and hang out.  Pepper was a very gracious host!

Before hitting the road home on Sunday, we were able to grab some ice time at the Whitewater Center!

Hommie and Dabi came down for Thanksgiving and it was awesome!

Running of the Knights

The CHS XC girls varsity team created a centipede team for the Running of The Knights 5K fundraiser.  They were team, "Christmas is Coming Fast!"

And guess which centipede team was the fastest?

 

Super Girl Surf Pro World Championships

Jax hosted the Super Girl Surf Pro World Championships.  It was really cool to watch!

 

CHS XC State Meet

They did it again..XC State meet for the third year in a row!

WTG!  Maybe not what a few of them wanted personally, but the team performed better than the last two years!

 

CHS XC Regional Meet

It was a chilly morning, but the girls pulled it off and have a state team slot!

Brooke wore, 20+ year old arm and leg sleeves, but they seemed to do the trick!
